KEF T Series low profile loudspeakers

KEF's revolutionary T Series is in a different league from any low profile loudspeaker you've ever heard

For decades audiophiles around the world have revered KEF for its innovative, high-performance loudspeakers. KEF is renowned in the history of speaker development, and recognized as a leader in computer analysis for audio. KEF stands for engineering integrity, design innovation and phenomenal acoustic transparency. Each KEF speaker is created for the same passion for acoustic excellence.

The company was founded in 1961 by Raymond Cooke OBE (1925-1995) and was initially headquartered in a Nissen Hut on the premises of Kent Engineering & Foundry (from where the name KEF is derived). Cooke, an ex-BBC Electrical Engineer, was keen to experiment with new materials and technologies in order to create products with superior acoustic quality that could reproduce recordings as natural as the original performance.

While today KEF produces loudspeakers for purely for domestic use, the famed Reference Series is still regarded by many professionals as the closest reproduction of the natural sound available and it is still very common to find today's Reference Series being used as studio monitors in professional applications for both music and film soundtracks.

Ever since its foundation, KEF has been at the leading edge of producing speakers to fit the latest trends. KEF makes a vast array of products to meet virtually any application or budget: from hi-fi music to multi-channel theater, outdoor speakers to multimedia. KEF range displays consistent voicing that allows seamless integration throughout homes, hotels, campuses and offices.
